2 Israeli officials have decided to block U.S. Reps. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., and Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., from entering the country as part of a planned visit, a reversal that comes amid pressure from President Trump and concerns about their support for Israel boycotts. The country's deputy foreign minister Tzipi Hotovely announced the decision Thursday, despite prior assurances that the congresswomen would be allowed in. "Israel has decided — we won’t enable the members of Congress to enter the country,” Hotovely told public broadcaster Kan. "We won’t allow those who deny our right to exist in this world to enter Israel. In principle, this is a very justified decision." The decision confirms earlier reports that Israeli officials were leaning in that direction. Earlier Thursday, President Trump even publicly prodded Israel to stand firm in blocking Omar and Tlaib.
3 SCHOOLS NOW ALLOWING MENTAL HEALTH DAYS
The new law, signed last month by Oregon Gov. Kate Brown and expected to go into effect this fall, lets students take up to five mental health days every three months, although school districts are free to create their own schedules. Students will also be granted permission to make up any tests they may have missed.

So, President Trump has brought up buying Greenland from Denmark. But, wait, is Greenland even for sale? Two sources told CNN that Trumprepeatedly has talked about buying Greenland, an autonomous Danish territory, and the White House counsel's office has looked into it. It's not clear just how serious Trump is or if the Danish government is even interested in selling the territory. The President's aides are divided, with some thinking this is sound economic strategy, while others have dismissed it as a passing fancy. Greenland is home to Thule Air Base, a US radar and listening post located hundreds of miles north of the Arctic Circle. The US has tried this before, by the way, with alleged attempted purchases of the territory in 1867 and 1946.
