1 Patrick Lyoya was driving drunk when he was pulled over, according Kent County’s Chief Medical Examiner. His BAC level was nearly 4 times the legal limit.
Dr. Stephen Cohle says Lyoya's independent autopsy revealed his blood alcohol level at the time he was shot was .29%. The legal limit is .08%.
Patrick Lyoya was died following a fight and struggle during a traffic stop on April in Grand Rapids.
2 A new study out of Europe says masks don’t work to prevent the spread of the virus. In fact, they could have made it worse.
3 Protesters have been gathering across the US for several days to voice their opposition to the possible overturning of Roe v. Wade. And over the weekend, the situation got even more personal when dozens of demonstrators showed up at Supreme Court justices' homes
