The owners of Siciliano's Market specialty store are selling their business after several decades on Grand Rapids' West Side.
Steve and Barb Siciliano signed an agreement with Jeff Boorsma, the former owner of several Adobe In & Out restaurants, on December 31.
MiBiz reports Boorsma will turn operations over to his daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany and Dan Sipka.
Steve Siciliano says they couldn't have found better owners.
The sale is expected to be finalized on June 1.
