Three people are injured after a car crashed into Grand Traverse Pie Company on 28th Street Thursday afternoon.
The incident happened around 2:30 p.m.
Police say the driver hit at least one vehicle while on 28th Street and then drove through the parking lot and through the front window of the restaurant.
One of the injured individuals was sitting inside the restaurant at the time of the crash.
Lisa Ehorn, who works at the restaurant, says the driver was in an accident while on 28th Street.
Ehorn says the driver's airbag went off and she was trying to get to safety when she crashed into the store.
