HOLLAND (WOOD-AM) - An agreement has been reached between the attorney general's office and a Holland pharmacy that was facing allegations of price gouging.
Three other pharmacies across the state faced similar allegations and were included in the settlement.
Skip's Pharmacy was accused of selling coronavirus test kits at twice the retail price.
The attorney general's office says all four pharmacies have agreed to sell their remaining stock at $12.99.
Each pharmacy has also been ordered to pay restitution.
