WYOMING, Mich. - Grandville and Wyoming Public Schools both confirmed that Charles Elsenheimer was a substitute teacher in both of their districts last year.
Elsenheimer was arrested on Feb. 10 for allegedly sexually assaulting a student during the 1996-97 school year as a band teacher at Godwin Heights Middle School.
