LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan redistricting commission had a landmark vote on Tuesday, approving a new U.S. House map.
District 3, which Grand Rapids is represented, is now tied in with Grand Haven and Muskegon. Rep Peter Meijer, who is in his first-term, announced he will run for reelection in the 3rd.
