Police say a driver was shot and killed after a high-speed chase.
The situation began around 3 p.m. when an Albion Department of Public Safety officer attempted to pull over a driver for not having a license plate.
The drive led police on a chase on westbound I-94 reaching speeds of 120 mph.
The driver began shooting at officers as he drove.
A Calhoun County Sheriff's deputy was able to stop the care, however the suspect fled on foot.
