1 Grand Rapids Public Schools will begin poking kids 5-11 today in jab clinics.
The district is also asking for feedback from parents on whether the mask mandate should continue in classrooms once kids return from winter break.
Parents can weigh in by filling out anonline survey. The deadline to complete it is Nov. 23.
2 Biden is expected to sign the roughly $1 trillion infrastructure bill today.
3 A federal appeals court has reaffirmed its earlier decision to freeze the Biden administration's vaccine mandate, calling it "staggeringly overbroad."
In Oklahoma, the state's National Guard has pledged to thwart a Defense Department mandate that troops be vaccinated against Covid-19.
Gov. Kevin Stitt has also asked the Pentagon to suspend the mandate for National Guard members. The Pentagon has said it will respond.
