EASTON TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - A 36-year-old Ionia man is jailed after allegedly attacking a convenience store clerk with a sword early Sunday in Easton Township.
The clerk suffered wounds to his head and neck, but is said to be stable.
Ionia County Sheriff's deputies say the suspect stole cigarettes and money from the register, but was caught north of Ionia.
