Grand Rapids' odd-even parking rules go into effect on Monday.
Street signs will show where and when the rules apply.
Enforcement of the rule starts at 1 a.m. overnight.
Overnight into November 1, you should park on the side of the street with odd number.
Overnight into November 2, you should park on the side of the street with even numbers.
