GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A woman shot and killed Tuesday night in Grand Rapids is being identified as a 20-year-old cousin of a Kent County commissioner.

Commissioner Robert Womack and other relatives say Kendall Frost was killed for no reason. He's asking people to help Grand Rapids police make an arrest.

"If you kill somebody, (you're) gonna end up paying the price legally,” Womack said.

Frost was shot on the southeast side near Paris Avenue and Griggs Street.
