The number of frontline workers seeking mental health care has increased throughout the pandemic.

Therapist Dan Zomerlei has seen it first hand.

Zomerlei says the work stress has been hard for front-liners to not bring home sometimes.

The demand is also putting a strain on the mental health system.

Zomerlei says over the past couple months, they have had to turn away calls or referrals.
