Butcher's Union, O'Toole's owners to open new restaurant

The owners of O'Toole's Public House and Butcher's Union are preparing to open a third restaurant on the west side of Grand Rapids.

David and Paul Reinert will transform a old industrial building into Gin-Gin's restaurant.

The new restaurant will be located on Summer Avenue NW just south of Bridge Street NW.

Gin-Gin's will be able to serve 80 guests inside and 80 guests on a patio outside.

The $1.5 million project is expected to create 40 to 50 jobs.
