Thousands of Southwest Flights Cancelled As Pilots WALK OUT Due To Mandates

The drug "significantly reduced the risk of hospitalization or death," the company says.

2 Thousands of flights have been cancelled through the weekend and continue today for Southwest Airlines.

They’vecancelled 348 flights already for Monday and delayed another 271 flights.

Speculation about pilots calling off due to jab mandates is swirling around the story.

Last week, Southwest became the latest airline to announce it was imposing a jab mandate on its staff. The company said its workers must be fully dosed by Dec. 8 in order to remain at the airline.

Southwest blamed air traffic control issues and weather for its weekend “operational challenges” that saw over 1,000 cancelled flights on Sunday alone.

They’re the only airline to report the issues on that scale.

3 Gas prices have spiked in Michigan. Up 12 cents in the past week. Drivers are paying and average of $3.33 / gallon.

$1.20 more than this time last year, according to AAA.

Translated into real world numbers, that’s about $50 for a 15 gallon tank. 11 bucks more than last year.
