HOLLAND (WOOD-AM) - Tulip Time's street-scrubbing parade will merge with the festival's "muziek" parade, event organizers said.
It will happen on May 14. All of the traditions with each parade will remain, executive director Gwen Auwerda said.
She said staffing concerns played a role. She also said the change will allow more people to take part in the street-scrubbing.
