Racism Declared a Public Health Crisis in GR

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Last week, the Grand Rapids city commission approved the resolution, declaiming racism a public health crisis in the city.

City officials say that racism is effecting the health of people who live in Grand Rapids, happening by ways of job discrimination, homeownership, physical health and education.
