Deanie Peters Perjury Case Goes to Trial

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - On Monday, Kent County Judge David Butler ruled that there is enough evidence that perjury was committed by 61-year-old James Frisbie, the first man charged in connection to the disappearance of Deanie Peters in 1981.

Frisbie was charged with lying under oath during an investigative subpoena in the disappearance of Deanie Peters.
