GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A six-year prison sentence has been handed down to a man who admitted to taking part in a plot to kidnap the governor.
Federal prosecutors were expecting Ty Garbin, 25, to get a nine-year sentence.
Garbin has agreed to cooperate with prosecutors as they build their case against five other men.
