West Michigan Business Owners Cuts Deal With AG Over Misleading Claims

GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - The owner of non-surgical weight-loss centers in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo has cut a deal with Attorney General Dana Nessel over misleading coronavirus-related health claims.

Stephanie Davison agreed to a public retraction. She also agreed to post side effect information, the attorney general's office said.

She made the comments about her weight loss injectables on a lifestyle show that was broadcast on WOOD-TV.
