U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents must be both jabbed ed and test negative for COVID-19 within three days
3 The Senate has voted to cut off debate on the massive $1.2 trillion infrastructure package, clearing the way for a vote on the final passage of the bipartisan bill.
The Senate is now expected to hold a final vote tomorrow morning.
It would then head back to the House.
