Holland Hospital is cutting ties with former Michigan State University quarterback Kirk Cousins.
Cousins now plays for the Minnesota Vikings and was designated as a "high-risk close contact" since he is not vaccinated.
Cousins says he will follow the NFL's safety protocol but the vaccine is a personal matter he would like to keep private.
The hospital says that anyone speaking on behalf of the organization needs to be in line with their position on vaccinations.
