Spectrum Health will require all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 once the shots receive FDA approval.
Team members, staff, students, volunteers and contractors will have eight weeks from the full approval to receive the vaccine.
The health system says it will consider exemption where it is required by law.
The system employs 31,000 people.
