Whitmer Proposes $150 Million in Federal Dollars for Parks

ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - In her visit to Grand Haven on Tuesday, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced a proposal for the state to spend $150 million in COVID relief dollars on local parks.

The money would be spread out in grants administered by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. The grants can be used to modernize and upgrade their area parks.
