1 Gov. Whitmer plans to announce a lottery-style "MI Shot to Win Sweepstakes" this morning at 9:30.
Prizes include a combined $5 million in cash and nine $55,000 college scholarships.
2 Former President Trump won’t be charged.
A grand jury in Manhattan has indicted one of the Trump Organization’s top executives.
The charges are related to alleged tax crimes tied to an inquiry into employee perks such as rent-free homes, car leases and bonuses. The indictment will likely be unsealed today.
3 After three years in prison, Bill Cosby is a free man. Pennsylvania's Supreme Court yesterday overturned his sexual assault conviction, saying that his due process rights were violated when he was charged and convicted.
