Kent County has hired an inclusion officer who will work with county administration to encourage diversity and equity for residents and programs.
Starting May 24, Teresa Branson will take over the role.
Branson says she is honored to be the first person to fill the position and she looks forward to working with the community to make meaningful change.
She is currently working as the Kent County Health Department deputy administrative health officer.
