The Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be administered in West Michigan again after it was paused due to concerns over rare blood clots.
As of Monday, 15 people from across the country had reported blood clots after received the vaccine.
Three people died.
The cases were from women between the ages of 18 and 48.
Health officials still say the benefits outweigh the risks of the vaccine.
Ottawa County Public Health Department spokesperson Kristina Wieghmink says the risk of developing a clot is very low as over seven-million doses of the vaccine have been administered.
