Jailed Holland Restaurant Operator Wants Fines Refunded, Charges Dropped

HOLLAND (WOOD-AM) - A Holland restaurateur is demanding that $15,000 in fines be refunded and contempt findings be dropped after she was arrested for violating the state's coronavirus orders.

Marlena Pavlos-Hackney lost her food license in January after she decided to provide table service during the state's ban on indoor dining.
