The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is confirming 10,293 cases of COVID-19 over the weekend.
The state also confirmed 21 deaths.
State labs tested at a positivity rate of 15.99 percent on Saturday and 17.03 percent on Sunday.
Kent County confirmed 525 cases and no new deaths.
