Outdoor arenas and stadiums allowed more fans as of Monday

Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services are increasing capacity limits for outside arenas and stadiums.

Starting Monday, stadiums and arenas can allow 20 percent capacity.

The venues will be required to post a prevention plan publicly and administer testing protocol for players.

The Detroit Tigers will be now be allowed to have 8,200 fans at each game.
