MDHHS urges people to not let up on COVID-19 mitigation efforts

Michigan health officials are urging residents to not let up on COVID-19 mitigation protocol as cases are spreading quickly in the state.

The state announced the largest single-day increase in COVID-19 cases since January 5th on Wednesday.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services confirmed 3,164 cases of the virus and no new deaths.

State labs tested at a positivity rate of 6.32 percent.
