The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is confirming 3,143 cases of COVID-19 and nine deaths from Saturday and Sunday.
State labs tested at a positivity rate of 6.66 percent on Saturday and 7.09 percent on Sunday.
Kent County confirmed 158 cases and one death.
The state continues to see a rise in the positivity rate of cases.
