A Hope College professor died in a car crash that injured another woman on Sunday in Holland.
The accident happened at the intersection of Chicago Drive and South Waverly Road around 5:30 p.m.
Witnesses at the scene say a Hyundai Sonata ran a red light and broadsided a Toyota Prius.
Prius driver Jennifer Hampton died at the scene.
The driver of the Sonata is hospitalized and her name has not been released.
