Rally to mark one year since Breonna Taylor died

Saturday marks one year since Grand Rapids native Breonna Taylor died.

Police were serving a no-knock warrant at her apartment in Louisville.

Police fired 32 shots, eight of which hit 26-year-old Taylor.

People will gather to demand justice and remember her on a street in Grand Rapids that now bears her name.

Taylor's cousin Tawanna Gordon says they are fighting to make sure no one else dies the way she did.

Her family says they are hopeful that accountability will come through police reform measures.

The rally will begin Saturday at 3 p.m. at Rosa Parks Circle and will include a one-mile march.
