This time last year, bars were preparing for one of the biggest days of the year: St. Patrick's Day.
However, COVID-19 led to shutdowns across the state before any celebrating could happen.
Local bars say they are doing what they can to find safe ways to celebrate this year.
Flanagan's is throwing an indoor and outdoor celebration with eight bands performing throughout the day.
Guests will have to buy two-hour tickets and remain at their seats.
Garage Bar on Ottawa Avenue will close down part of the block so customers can social distance outside.
