Creston Bingo creating stimulus for area

The Creston neighborhood is creating its stimulus through a Bingo game.

Participants have to spend money at five stores or restaurants on the card however, the squares do not have to be in a row.

Individuals who score a Bingo will be in a drawing to receive gift cards for the area.

The idea was borrowed from Muskegon to generate new foot traffic after businesses have seen a slow down after the holidays.

Creston Neighborhood Association president Kristina Colby says they want people to support local businesses and feel good doing it.
