Local real estate agents saying houses are getting multiple offers and selling in one day.
They say they have never seen anything like this.
Realtor Mike Smallegan says the market is "bananas" and much stronger than last year.
Interest rates are also at a record low and some people have more money in the bank after being unable to get out due to COVID-19 restrictions.
