A pilot walked away from a small plane crash this afternoon in Grand Haven Township.
The incident happened around 4 p.m. near 160th Avenue and Ferris Street.
The plane was heading to Muskegon from the Grand Haven Memorial Airport and had problems so the pilot attempted to land in a field.
However, the plane crashed in the woods.
