Officials say a man is facing charges for shooting another man on Sunday morning in Algoma Township.
Twenty-two-year-old Jared Scholten is charged with felony firearm and assault with intent to murder.
Deputies say Scholten left the scene after the shooting and wasn't found until hours later after police set up a perimeter and used a K-9 team.
Thirty-one-year-old Anthony White, the victim, is still in critical condition.
