Pandemic Substance Use is Up in West Michigan, Nationally

GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - West Michiganders are said to be falling back on vices amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Guiding Light in Grand Rapids says they're seeing the same trends.
