Health agency owner sentenced for fraud

A South Haven home health agency owner was sentenced to prison after admitted his company committed health care fraud.

Kenneth Nash was sentenced to 63 months in federal prison with three years of supervised released after.

Nash pleaded guilty to fraud after submitting claims no physician had approved.

Nash was also ordered to pay $755,628.52 in restitution.
