Ionia County authorities arrested a man for home invasion after he was found still in the house.
The incident happened at a home on E. Stage Road near Pine Street in Ionia Township around 5:30 p.m.
A girl was in the house when the man began pulling on the door handles.
She called her mother, who called 911.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they were told the suspect had run away with several items.
However, 37-year-old Travis Michael Minier was still hiding in the home.
