BELMONT (WOOD-AM) - Kent County Sheriff's Deputies need help locating a 43-year-old Belmont man who hasn't been seen since Monday.
Richard Drayton has health issues that require daily treatment. He was last seen walking from his home.
Drayton is 5-foot-8, weighs 145 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
