Residents at Ferrand Estates in Wyoming say they are worried about a scheduled power shut off.
The shut off will affects 430 customers at the mobile home park.
Residents say they are worried the poor insulation in their homes and the temps in the teens.
The outage is scheduled to start at 11 p.m. on Friday evening and last for six hours.
