Students at Western Michigan University are moving into the new $60 million Arcadia Flats dormitory.
The building is part of a plan to revitalize the Hilltop Village area that is south of campus.
Construction on the building was supposed to be completed in the fall however, the pandemic pushed back work.
There are five styles of units but each has its own kitchen and bathroom.
