Man accused of murder to undergo competency exam

A man accused of murder in Muskegon County will undergo a competency exam.

Jermaine Bolton is accused of shooting his father and his girlfriend, Stacey Wallace-Johnson.

Wallace-Johnson died however, his father was seriously hurt.

Bolton then drove the wrong way on M-37 near Sparta and refused to pull over by police approached him.

During his arraignment in September, Bolton said there were voices in his head and he doesn't remember the incident.
