The state of Michigan has confirmed 502,119 cases of COVID-19 since March 2020.
The state reported 12,678 deaths in that same time frame.
Over Saturday and Sunday combined, Michigan confirmed 4,992 cases of COVID-19 and 80 deaths.
State labs tested at a 9.89 percent positivity rate on Saturday and a 7.83 percent positivity rate on Sunday.
