FedEx front-liner ships COVID-19 vaccine to 'avenge' sister's death

Bruce Smith remembers the last time he talked to his sister.

He was teaching her how to set up a video call so they could celebrate Mother's Day with their 92-year-old mother.

Queen Esther Martinez died at the age of 70 from complications of COVID-19.

Smith has now found himself on the frontlines as he handled packages at the FedEx facility at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport.

On Sunday, they loaded the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine onto planes heading across the country.
