COVID-19 treatment scams on the rise says AG Nessel

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel says fraudulent COVID-19 treatment scams are on the rise.

Scammers are asking for a significant amount of money in exchange for pills, dietary supplements, herbal teas, essential oils or medical devices.

Other scams are contacting people to join a clinical trial.
