MSU changes requirements for living on campus

Michigan State University is changing requirements for students living on campus from one year to two for the Fall of 2021.

The changes will reinstate a requirement that was waived since the 1980s.

The university says the requirement is aimed at helping students graduate after years send studying student success on and off campus.

The study showed students who lived on campus for two years had a graduation rate two points higher than those who only lived on campus for one year.
